 Counseling

COUNSELING is a process which exploring the various aspect of the problem, which we are experiencing day to day life.which will help to enhance your self awareness & enable to perceive alternative choices of thought feeling or action. It is a brief guidance & gives individuals the chance to talk about their issues in a comfortable & confidential manner.

Counselling relationships will vary according to need but may be concerned with developmental issues, addressing and resolving specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insights and knowledge, working through feelings of inner conflict or improving relationships with others.

The art of counseling depends so much on the specific knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and values of the counselor that it has became a specialized job for which one requires professional training. The counselor’s ultimate concern is not with a theory or a methodology, but with a person who has to be helped to solve his or her problems.
